Commercial Painting Services
TLC Painting works directly with Facility Managers, Property Managers, Engineers, General Managers and Contracting Managers to ensure that the highest quality products are used in order to satisfy owners and trustees. We work with several cities, towns and municipalities meeting the town's own specifications and guidelines prior to the start of any job. TLC Painting has been working with commercial properties for the past eight years managing projects from beginning to end. TLC Painting is very responsive and communicates with the property occupants and management personnel.
No two projects are exactly alike, so we approach each project individually. We usually bring a materials specialist on-site during our initial consultation to evaluate needs and help make recommendations. Initial meetings and project proposals are provided free of charge. All written proposals itemize the recommended services and fees. Quality and safety are the bottom line.
