FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Who does the work and who will supervise the job?”
TLC Painting uses the “Lead Painter” system. Each of our
experienced Lead Painters works and manages a set crew of two or three painters, all of which are full time employees. Crew leaders do not
change throughout the job. The continuity of this system offers many advantages, for example, the crew is more productive and
efficient as a team because they understand each others style and
skills. We also have a turn over rate of less the 10% a year with our
crew members.
- “What kind of product do you use?”
We predominately use the highest quality products from Sherwin
Williams and Benjamin Moore and are experienced in the
use of many other products.
- “Are you insured?”
Yes. TLC Painting is fully insured. We carry Worker's Compensation insurance and a two million dollar liability insurance policy that provides our clients with the protection and peace of mind they deserve.
- “I’ve had bids before, and I get some prices that are high, low and all over the place. Why?”
The cost of the job is usually determined by the level of thoroughness,
attention to detail, and quality desired, for example, it costs
more to properly prepare a surface for painting than to give it the“quick once over.” We would be happy to review, in detail, our
calculations for your project so you can make a fair comparison with
other bids.
- Will you complete my job from start to finish without interruptions?”
Yes. We believe every client is equally important and we would not
jeopardize our relationship with interruptions.
