John Mulvaney - President/Owner

John Mulvaney graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 1983 where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant Management and was Captain of the UMass Minutemen Swim Team. During the college summers John ran a painting company to put himself through college. After college, he worked 3 years in the hotel industry and 3 years in sales. In 1989, John decided to pursue his passion for business and painting and started TLC Painting Inc. He takes great pride in providing a quality product, exceptional customer service and running a successful company. He has grown to love the painting business now more than ever.

Joan Mulvaney - Chief Financial Officer

Joan has been the book keeper and financial organizer for the past 18 years at TLC Painting. She has performed and exemplary job, ensuring the successful operation of the company. Joan is John’s wife and the proud mother of their four children.

Manny Benitez

Manny has been working with TLC Painting for nine years where he holds the status of Senior Painter. Clients always mention that Manny is a pleasure to have on their project. He is always positive and very helpful to our customers. Manny is a proud father of three children and when not working enjoys coaching his soccer team.

Levi Sanchez

Levi has been with TLC Painting for eight years and is the brother in-law of Manny. Levi is very strong in delivering great customer service and is continuously requested by repeat clients. He is very patient and is often chosen to work on jobs that can be difficult. Levi is a proud father of three children.

Salvadore Menjivar

Sal has been working with TLC Painting for seven years. Clients enjoy working with Sal and often requests are made to have him return for additional projects. Sal pays great attention to detail and really cares about the customers he services. Sal is the proud father of two children.

Pedro Castadena

Pedro has been with TLC Painting for six years. Pedro enjoys and excels at running large projects and can figure out how to complete a project no matter what difficulties may confront him. Pedro is a proud father of one child.

Alex Avila

Alex has been with TLC Painting for six years. Alex excels at working with detail oriented customers. Alex has a very calm demeanor and works well in situations that may be stressful to others. Alex is a proud father of one child.
