The TLC process begins with an initial consultation, where the work required will be reviewed with the client. They will then be provided with a full written estimate, including a breakdown of services, that will be based on the level of thoroughness, attention to detail, and quality desired. Every job is then assigned a lead painter who manages the project to ensure it is finished within the time stated in the written estimate. TLC management visits their ongoing projects on a daily basis to check that the work is being completed on schedule and that any questions or concerns the customer may have are addressed.
